A New Hampshire man faces drug distribution charges following his arrest Monday night in Wareham.
Wareham Police responded to a report of a suspicious man in the Crane Brook Landing neighborhood. They came upon a man sitting in a car with a New Hampshire registration on Pond Edge Trail. Inside that car police discovered three pounds of marijuana, plastic bags, a ledger, and $850 cash.
Arrested was Eric Gilston, 29, of Portsmouth, NH. He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Gilston was arraigned in Wareham District Court.
