A home at 108 Carriage Shop Road in East Falmouth suffered significant damage in a two-alarm fire Sunday morning.
Arriving firefighters had to deal with heavy smoke and fire shooting out from the house.
Aid was provided by Mashpee, Bourne, Falmouth, and Joint Base Cape Cod in bringing the fire under control.
There were no injuries and the cause remains under investigation.
