The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod has a new President and CEO.
Lisa Oliver on Tuesday became the 5th President of the community bank and the first female to hold that position.
Oliver succeeds Joel Crowell who announced his retirement last fall after 47 years with the bank.
Oliver was selected by the bank’s 15-member Board of Directors following an extensive search. She will assume her new role as President and CEO of the bank on March 6th.
Oliver has more than 30 years of financial services experience. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Banking for Ohio-based KeyBank.
