Funding for the 2024 Small Business Façade Improvement Grant Program is available.
Barnstable's Planning & Development Department has partnered with the Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District to offer up to 115-thousand dollars in funds.
Grants up to 20-thousand dollars are available for all properties in the Hyannis Transformative Development Initiative.
The money can be used for signage, windows, painting, doors, or structural changes.
The application deadline is March 24th-all projects must be completed by the end of the year.
