Schools, town offices, and businesses are closing or limiting hours due to the winter storm.
Parking bans are in effect in Bourne and Dennis, among other communities, so crews may clear the roadways.
The Steamship Authority has closed its Reservation Office for today. Most Nantucket service is expected to be canceled apart from the 6:30 a.m. trip of the M/V Eagle.
The M/V Sankaty docked in Woods Hole overnight and is making one trip to carry fuel only.
Change and cancellation fees for today have been waived.
