Cape Cod Commission Deputy Director, Steve Tupper joins Kevin Matthews to talk about the work done by the Unified Planning Work Program in collecting traffic data throughout the Cape to make our roads safer. He also talks about the study currently being done involving data on crashes on all of the Mid Cape Highway interchanges.
