A former bus driver has been indicted on several child sexual assault charges.
A grand jury indicted 80-year-old Jeffrey Hyland of West Yarmouth on two counts each of aggravated indecent assault and battery on a child and reckless endangerment, plus one of witness intimidation.
Hyland was accused in September of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl who rode his bus.
While Hyland was free on bail, a second juvenile victim came forward with similar charges.
No arraignment date has been scheduled.
