Flooding Closes Local Courthouse Temporarily

The Barnstable County District Court is temporarily closing to repair damage caused by flooding.

The Cape Cod Times reports the court will close for thirty days starting on November 13th to repair the damage caused by heavy rain from August.

Plans are being finalized to clean up the courthouse in Orleans, which was also impacted.
