Triple E In Provincetown

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health says triple-E virus has been detected in a mosquito sample from Provincetown.

Residents should be aware that mosquito-borne diseases will remain a threat until the first hard frost of the season.

So far this year, the commonwealth has reported three human cases of West Nile virus.
