Cape Cod Man To Plead Guilty To Bank Robbery

A Cape Cod bank robbery suspect is reaching a federal plea agreement.

Petar Petyoshin of Martha's Vineyard entered the Rockland Trust Bank in Falmouth on April 8th, allegedly brandished a firearm, claimed to have a bomb and zip-tied the hands of employees and customers.

He got away with over 21-thousand dollars.

Petyoshin is expected to officially enter his plea to a single count of armed bank robbery on October 12th where the Department of Justice is expected to ask for between five and nine years in prison.
