The popular store Back Door Donuts on Martha's Vineyard generated fan support for a select board meeting this week after they expressed concerns about being shut down.
Back Door Donuts attracts long lines at the opposite times of traditional donut businesses: at late-night.
However, the select board said at that Back Door was merely being reviewed, and they believe the response was overblown.
Meanwhile, the store on Kennebec Avenue has agreed to continue working on minimizing the noise impact on neighbors.
