The Falmouth Select Board is formally starting the process of removing the Town Manager from his post.
The Enterprise reports the Board voted unanimously on Thursday to take the action against Julian Suso, who has had the job for over a decade.
The Board earlier this week had asked Suso to resign on the heels of a negative performance review, but he declined.
