Dennis Police say they’re charging the owner of Xtreme Living and Pool Construction with larceny by false pretenses.
This after a homeowner came forward about a project that the company was paid for, but did not complete.
Several other complaints have been filed against owner Steve Docchio from all over New England.
He was ordered to surrender his registration and is prohibited from operating as a home improvement contractor in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
