Falmouth House Party Leads To Alcohol Possession Charges For Two Teens

Two teens are being charged in connection to an alleged party that prompted a temporary switch to remote learning at Falmouth High School, according to a report from the Enterprise.

The Falmouth Police Department says the teens, one of whom lives at the Woods Hole home in question, were cited for hosting the party and for being minors in possession of alcohol.

Authorities estimated more than 50 teens were at the party on Saturday, and that there was no evidence of masks being worn or social distancing.

Falmouth Health Agent Scott McGann said at a health board meeting on Monday there were kids from other schools at the party.

There are no known Coronavirus cases from the party at this time.
