In Eastham, officials at the Cape Cod National Seashore say that they are seeing an increased amount of illegal dumping.
Officials say most of that is caused by people doing house projects that dump their construction materials rather than try to take it to the dump.
The seashore is a popular nesting spot for some endangered species.
