A 23 year old man is dead. A 28 year old man is fighting for his life after a fiery crash in Bourne over the weekend.
Police say the accident happened on Sandwich Road in front of Upper Cape Cod Technical High School.
Police had to pry the door of the Mercedes open to put out the blaze when they discovered the passenger.
That passenger is in critical condition. Police are still investigating.
