A Yarmouth man is suing a Social Security benefits company for making unsolicited calls to him.
Citizens Disability is based in Waltham and accused of making at least 22 unsolicited phone calls in a six week period last year.
Neither the company - nor the man who filed the suit are commenting.
No schedule for hearings has been released by the courts.
