In Centerville, a man has pleaded not guilty to assault after allegedly exchanging gifts with a woman but the woman became angered because he allegedly gave her a sex toy.
Nolan Hickey pleading not guilty to assault on a family member. Attorneys say the woman became upset because of the item and took out a scissors to cut up the item.
Then he allegedly threw her to the ground.
He will be back in court February 6th.
