The Governor's signing of a nearly 600 million dollar supplemental budget that was weeks in a conference committee will keep intact reimbursement money from the tornadoes for the five towns on Cape affected, as well as 200 thousand dollars for a study on how to reduce homelessness and increase housing on Martha's Vineyard.
Money for tagging and other needs associated with Great White Shark mitigation is also included in the budget.
