Police arrest three people in South Yarmouth outside of a methadone clinic.
Police say as a taxi was coming outside of the clinic on Workskop Road, another car was turning into the parking lot where it struck the car.
Officials say there were three people inside and all had difficulty formulating sentences.
28 year old Edward Davis, 32 year old Taylor Cox and 28 year old Amanda Connolly were arraigned on a variety of drug charges.
No word from the arraignment session.
