Purple Heart Posthumously Awarded On Cape Yesterday

The Coast Guard posthumously presented a Purple Heart on the Cape yesterday.

Seaman Norman Finch died in 1918 while serving aboard the USS Tampa, which sunk during World War One.

The Purple Heart was presented to Finch's family at Coast Guard Station Chatham.
