The Wampanoag Indian Tribe has filed a second appeal challenging a ruling that requires in to adhere to all building regulations in Gay Head.
The Appeals Court has already ruled that the tribe can build a bingo hall without oversight from the state.
The town of Aquinnah has already called the second appeal meritless.
