Yarmouth Chief Of Police Sickened By Loss Of Officers Nationwide

The Yarmouth Police Chief is back from a rare vacation and says that he was sickened as soon as he saw his desk. 13 condolence cards that needed to be signed for officers nationwide lost in the line of duty.

Frank Fredrickson says the deaths are happening despite an increased level of medical care. He wonders if the nation will accept the deaths as just the price of doing business.

The Chief is calling on state and federal political bodies to make the changes needed in the criminal justice system that will end the violence and the fatalities.
