The owners of the All Seasons Inn in Bourne have been fined 500 dollars by the Health Department for allowing people to swim at the pool after it had been closed by the Health Department.
The owners are expected to pay the fine but say they were unaware of the swimmers since they were renovating.
The repairs and the fines are expected to be paid by the end of the day tomorrow.
