State Senator Julian Cyr says the Joint Committee On Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Recovery, of which he is a member, will be in Barnstable on Monday to hear public comment on mental health issues.
The session is set for the Barnstable County Complex on Main Street in Barnstable Village Monday from 2 to 3:30.
