The only town that has said yes to establishing a housing bank on Martha's Vineyard is now changing its mind. West Tisbury voters reconsidered a previous town meeting decision last night and voted to shelf the proposal, which has been placed on every town meeting warrant this spring. Aquinnah is the last town left to vote and will do so on May 14th.
