Wareham PD/Fight Arrest

Wareham Police responded early Wednesday morning to a report of a fight in progress at the Fan Club, 2859 Cranberry Highway in East Wareham.
Upon arrival Officer Calib Larue saw two males actively fighting in the parking lot and ordered them to stop.
As an unidentified woman began speaking to the officer one of the men in the fight charged at the female screaming profanities.
Officer Larue told 49 year old Andre Silvia to stop and placed him under arrest.
Silvia is charged with two counts of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
He was arraigned Wednesday in Wareham District Court.
