The Cape and Island’s District Attorney’s Office says no charges will be filed in the death of 7-year old Damien Larsen of Harwich. The youngster died Saturday after he was struck by a skid steer loader at his family’s home at 106 Main Street in North Harwich.
The death has been ruled accidental.
