MV Boys & Girls Club to Receive Summer Jobs Grant

The Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club in Edgartown is one of 90 organizations across Massachusetts receiving grant funding for summer jobs for low-income young people focused on health and wellness.

That announcement coming from the office of Attorney General Maura Healey.

Healey says the program is focused not only on keeping young people safe and active during the summer, but on offering them a chance to challenge themselves and make a difference in their communities.

This year’s Healthy Summer Youth Jobs Grant Program is funded with $326,827 in settlement money from the AG’s Office.
