One person suffered serious injuries in a car versus utility pole crash Sunday night in Marstons Mills.
Centerville- Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire responded to the scene at 152 Wakeby Road shortly after 7:30 p.m. First responders found the vehicle in the roadway with significant damage to its front end and also significant damage to the utility pole it hit. The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle and Wakeby Road was shut down for about 45 minutes.
A MedFlight helicopter took the injured party to Mass General. The driver’s identity and condition have not been released.
