Mashpee Pair Plead Not Guilty to Murder Charges

Two Mashpee residents charged with the December murder of 64-year old Raymond Perry of Mashpee, have pleaded not guilty to the charges in Falmouth District Court.

Eli Perry, 37, the victim’s son, and his girlfriend Paige Malone, 29, were arrested Tuesday and charged with murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and illegal disposal of a human body. Authorities found Raymond Perry’s body in a cranberry bog in Plymouth, hands and feet bound with zip ties. Also found at the scene was a rug determined to be from the victim’s Mashpee home which he shared with his son and Malone.
