Gasoline Prices Continue Downward Trickle

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts continue to trickle downward following a post-hurricane spike last month.

AAA Northeast, in its weekly survey of prices in the state, found the price of self-serve unleaded regular is averaging $2.49 a gallon, a drop of two cents from a week ago. The Massachusetts price is three cents above the national average.

AAA Northeast found a range in the price of self-serve, unleaded regular of fifty cents, from a low of $2.29 to a high of $2.79.
