Osterville Village Library

Long Lost Manuscript Discovered! Incredible Tale of a Whaler in the South Pacific.

Buried at the botton of an old leather trunk, under a child's dancing shoes and a grandfather's WW1 paraphernalia, lay an incredible manuscript. Over 160 years after one man's soul-searching odessey across the South Pacific, his beautifully written and compelling story was discovered; and the author's great grandson has brought it to light!

Author Alexander Brash will be at the Osterville Village Library presenting his book 'A Whaler at Twilight: A True Account of Whaling and Redemption in the South Pacific' in this exciting author talk at 1pm on Saturday June 1st. For more information or to register for this event, please contact Amy Wolfe at awolfe@clamsnet.org or call the library directly at (508)428-5757
